Personal tax returns are $50 each.
If you file with your spouse, I offer a $5 discount on each return for a total of $90.
I do not charge any taxes or commissioning fees to keep costs down for you.
Consultation fees are $10 per hour.
Payments are preferred via e-transfer to taxesbyanna@outlook.com
WHAT ABOUT BACK TAXES OR COMPLICATED SITUATIONS?
Please get in touch via email and I will advise you if your situation is something I am comfortable with handling. With complicated situations, expect more frequent communication while I prepare your return.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVEÂ A BALANCE OR RECEIVE A REFUND?
If you are registered with CRA MyAccount, make sure that your direct deposit information is up to date. Otherwise, you will receive a cheque by mail. Refunds usually arrive within 2-4 weeks, depending on method. If you owe a balance, this can be paid through online banking or by mailing a cheque to CRA.
WHAT ARE THEÂ IMPORTANT TAX DEADLINES?
-
February 22, 2023 - Netfile becomes available (tax submission start)
-
March 1, 2023 - RRSP contributions cut-off date for 2022 tax year
-

HOW LONG SHOULD I KEEP MY TAX RECORDS FOR?
CRA recommends keeping your records for six years after the year to which they pertain. I will also provide you with a PDF of your T1 once the return is submitted.
I keep my own records as well and can pull up information from your previous tax years if they were prepared by me.
